When you connect your account, we do not store your bank login details. We partner with Mastercard and industry leaders in cybersecurity based in Australia, to ensure your account and data is safe and secure at all times. We are ISO27001 certified - meaning we employ extremely strict controls and processes to secure your data.

When you connect your bank account with Surveyz, we use deidentified and aggregated spending patterns to create insights for our clients, and to select groups of people for research - e.g. grocery shoppers, coffee lovers, gym junkies, or health fund members.
We never share your personal information, and insights are always deidentified, at an aggregated level, and solely for market research purposes.
