Surveyz & Hungry Jack’s – Free Whopper or Jack’s Fried Chicken meal – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Data Analytics Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 611 631 826 (“Surveyz”, “we”, “us”) in partnership with Hungry Jack’s Pty Ltd, ACN 008 747 073 (“Hungry Jack’s”).

2. Promotion Overview

Eligible individuals who sign up to Surveyz via the designated Hungry Jack’s campaign link, connect their main bank accounts and complete their onboarding welcome surveys (x3) may receive a digital voucher redeemable with Hungry Jack’s(“Voucher”), subject to these terms.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Voucher, you must:

  • Be an Australian resident aged 18 years or over;
  • Sign up to Surveyz via the official Hungry Jack’s campaign landing page and enter the referral code HUNGRY during registration;
  • Successfully link your main bank accounts via Surveyz’s secure Consumer Data Right (CDR) integration, powered by Mastercard Open Banking, which requires your consent and can be withdrawn at any time;
  • Complete the 3 welcome surveys.

Surveyz reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any individual who does not meet these requirements.

4. Offer Conditions

  • The Voucher will only be issued once all eligibility criteria in clause 3 have been completed.
  • The Voucher entitles the participant to one (1) Medium Meal consisting of either a Whopper®, Veggie Whopper® or Jack’s Fried Chicken burger, together with Medium Thick Cut Chips and a Medium Soft Drink.Limit of one (1) Voucher per person.
  • Subject to availability at participating restaurants.
  • Available via pick-up only. Excludes delivery.
  • Vouchers redeemed in the Hungry Jack’s App by adding the Voucher to cart require a minimum spend of $1. No minimum spend applies when redeeming the Voucher in restaurant via cashier scan.The offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • This is a promotional offer and may be modified, withdrawn, or capped at any time.
  • Surveyz may withhold or cancel a Voucher where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent eligibility criteria.
  • Hungry Jack’s may withhold or cancel a Voucher where it reasonably suspects fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour, including attempts to use the voucher multiple times.

5. Voucher Delivery and Redemption

  • Eligible participants will receive the Voucher via a unique redemption link, which will be presented to them in the Surveyz app as soon as they meet the eligibility criteria.  To redeem the Voucher, participants using the Surveyz app on a mobile device must click the redemption link directly from their mobile device. Participants using Surveyz on  a desktop or laptop device must scan the QR code using a compatible mobile device with the HJ’s App installed.
  • If you have the Hungry Jack’s app installed, the Voucher will be added directly to your account when the link is clicked.
  • If you do not have the Hungry Jack’s app installed, you will be required to download the app and create or log into an account to access and redeem the Voucher. Participants must accept ‘Allow Paste’.
  • Redemption, availability, and use of the Voucher are subject to Hungry Jack’s terms and conditions, including any expiry dates or usage restrictions.

Surveyz is not responsible for the operation, availability, or functionality of Hungry Jack’s systems, including the app, account access, or voucher redemption process. Hungry Jack’s is solely responsible for Voucher redemption and any goods or services provided in connection with the Voucher.

6. Timing

  • Vouchers will typically be issued within 48 hours after all eligibility requirements are completed. Please allow up to one minute for voucher to load in the Hungry Jack’s App Rewards Wallet.
  • Surveyz does not guarantee immediate delivery and is not responsible for delays outside its control, including email delivery or third-party system issues.

7. Data and Privacy

  • By participating, you agree to Surveyz collecting, using, and handling your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.  
  • Surveyz will not share any transaction data with Hungry Jack’s for the purposes of this promotion.
  • Surveyz may share limited personal information and voucher confirmation with Hungry Jack’s for the purpose of voucher redemptions and the broader recruitment partnership.
  • Surveyz will not share any of your personal information with any party other than Hungry Jack’s.
  • When you link your bank accounts with Surveyz, your banking data is accessed securely via  Surveyz’ accredited open banking provider, Mastercard, under the Consumer Data Right (CDR) regime and is subject to your explicit consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

8. Relationship with Hungry Jack’s

  • This promotion is conducted by Surveyz. Hungry Jack’s is a participating partner providing the Voucher.
  • Hungry Jack’s is responsible for Voucher redemption and any goods or services provided in connection with the Voucher.
  • Any issues relating to redemption or use of the Voucher should be directed to Hungry Jack’s.

Surveyz is not responsible for the operation, availability, or functionality of Hungry Jack’s systems, including the app, account access, or voucher redemption process. Hungry Jack’s is solely responsible for Voucher redemption and any goods or services provided in connection with the Voucher.

9. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surveyz excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the promotion or use of the Voucher.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes and Termination

  • Both Surveyz and Hungry Jack’s reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws.

11. General

  • These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
